AI Research Intern

Join our pioneering research program focused on developing ethical AI systems and bias mitigation techniques, working alongside PhD researchers from top universities like MIT, Stanford, and Oxford. You'll contribute to groundbreaking research in fairness-aware machine learning, working on projects that address real-world bias in hiring algorithms, credit scoring systems, and healthcare AI. The internship involves conducting literature reviews, implementing novel algorithms, running large-scale experiments, and contributing to research papers for top-tier conferences. You'll have access to state-of-the-art computational resources and work with datasets from major industry partners while learning from world-renowned researchers. This program is designed to bridge the gap between academic research and industry application, offering mentorship from senior researchers and the opportunity to see your research translated into real-world impact. Previous interns have published papers at NeurIPS, ICML, and FAccT conferences, with many continuing to PhD programs at top universities or joining our full-time research team.

• Currently pursuing PhD or Master's in AI/ML/CS
• Strong academic background in machine learning
• Experience with Python and ML frameworks
• Research experience or publications preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
